Our goal & vision

Our vision is to have a healthy, productive and aesthetic environment where men and women have a sense of belonging, with equitable and adequate distribution of resources.

Our group’s goal is to provide support services to adolescent girls who didn’t have a chance to study to be able to aspire to leadership through peer mentoring and access to individualized education and training to help boost their aspirations and cultivate their capacity to lead.

This is because the percentage of girls literacy in Fizi territory is poor due to different societal factors including gender-based inequality, social discrimination and economic exploitation, occupation of girl child in domestic chores, low enrolment of girls in schools and low retention rate and high dropout rate, violence and impact of war. and cultivate their capacity to lead.
